Eligor is the first Persona in the Tower Arcana and is associated with the Old Monk's Social Link. It is important to note that the Old Monk unlocks later in the game, so fusing Eligor before unlocking the Tower Social Link will not grant bonus Social Link experience. Eligor can be unlocked as early as level 31 and possesses impressive Pierce damage.
